1. Standard Products

For standard (non-customized) products:

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• The product must be returned in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

• A damaged item

• A defective product

• An incorrect item sent by us

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products (including custom size, special modifications, or tailored production) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:

• Manufacturing defect

• Shipping damage

• Incorrect product sent by us

Because these products are produced specifically upon customer request, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After verification, we will:

• Send a replacement, or

• Issue a full refund (including original shipping cost)

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

6. International Orders

For international orders:

• Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

• Customers are responsible for any customs-related charges

• Shipping delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control

7. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Improper installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Custom-made products (unless defective)
